SOCIAL EVENTS

During your stay in Ireland, we will organize some social events for you and your colleagues to enjoy. We will make sure you savor our Irish hospitality and take you to see some of the beautiful places of interest that Dublin is famous for.

Dublin began as a Viking trading post known as Dubh Linn over 1000 years ago.  It is now the capital city of Ireland and home to more than 1.1 million people. To the west of the city are hills and mountains, to the east, the sea with fishing harbours and beautiful beaches.

Dublin’s many attractions include the famous Guinness Brewery and The Temple Bar Cultural Area which is the centre for restaurants and nightlife. Street-side pubs and cafes are alive with the buzz of conversations and traditional Irish entertainment.

Dublin is a now a thriving centre for culture, drawing on its great literary personalities of the past:  Shaw, Yeats, Joyce, Beckett.  It is also the source of musical talent ranging from the traditional Celtic music of the Dubliners and the Chieftains to the more contemporary U2.

Dublin is a beautiful city with countless places of interest to explore.  A young city with a large student population, Dublin offers the perfect backdrop to your study experience.  Click here for general information on Dublin
